Installation date: 3-4 working days after confirming the order,　installation department will contact the customer to confirm the date. We will try our very best to arrange delivery and installation service on the same day. But depend on circumstances installation service may also be provided on some other day.
If the customer chooses a product that needs Inspection Service, it will take about 3 working days to report the inspection results, and then we will make another appointment for the delivery or installation of the product.
One-time basic installation is included. Based on the product requirements, the customer needs to get the following items done before the installation: 1) cutout dimensions 2) water inlet and outlet and 3) 13A electric socket. If the customer fails to meet the above requirements and request the installer to come for a second time to complete the installation, the customer will be charged $380 each time.
