Free Shipping

Free shipping includes all urban areas, with additional charges in the following cases:

1. Remote areas
Tung Chung / Ma Wan / Park Island $200 per product
Discovery Bay/Lantau Island $400 per product

2. Staircase handling
Small appliances $30-50 per 10 steps
Large Appliances $80-115 per 10 steps

3. The distance between the delivery address and the parking spot is too far (The delivery man must walk to the delivery address with the goods)
Free for the first 50 meters, $55 for every subsequent 50 meters

❎【Note】An additional fee of $950will be charged for delivery of this product to Ma Wan, an additional fee of $3100 will be charged to Discovery Bay, and an additional fee of $800 will be charged for each subsequent repair. In addition, this product cannot be used for industrial and commercial purposes. (Do not accept industrial and commercial orders)
Installation date: 3-4 working days after confirming the order,　installation department will contact the customer to confirm the date. We will try our very best to arrange delivery and installation service on the same day. But depend on circumstances installation service may also be provided on some other day.
If additional work is required for the installation, the cost will be quoted after inspection by the main agent and additional work will be delivered directly to the agent.
If the customer chooses a product that needs Inspection Service, it will take about 3 working days to report the inspection results, and then we will make another appointment for the delivery or installation of the product.
Hot water heater installation service will be charged at an additional cost, which will be assessed by the installer according to the site environment.
